UK Mainland Delivery
We deliver across the UK mainland. Delivery charges start from £34.99 and are calculated at checkout based on your postcode and the size and weight of your order.
Someone must be available to accept and sign for the delivery. If delivery cannot be accepted, additional re-delivery charges may apply.
Kerbside Pallet Delivery
Due to the size and weight of our flooring, all orders are delivered by pallet and are kerbside delivery only.
Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and move the flooring from the kerbside into your property.
30 Day Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
