Terms & Conditions
Payment Information
Vividfloors.co.uk accepts a variety of payment methods, including:
- Credit Cards
- Debit Cards
- Bank Transfers
Please note that we are not responsible for any charges or fees applied by your bank for bank transfer services.
Order Acceptance
When you place an order with Vividfloors.co.uk, you are making an offer to purchase goods from us.
The order process works as follows:

Order Confirmation Email
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. -
Order Review
We will then verify:- Product availability
- Pricing accuracy
- Product descriptions

Contract Confirmation
If your order is accepted, we will send a second email confirming that a contract has been formed between you and Vividfloors.co.uk.
Pricing & Availability Errors
In the unlikely event that:
- A product is unavailable
- A pricing error occurs
- A product description mistake has been made
we will inform you as soon as possible and no contract will exist between us for that item.
Payment Processing
Payment will not be taken until your order has been accepted.
Once payment has been received:
- Your order will be processed
- Delivery arrangements will begin
Offers & Promotions
From time to time, Vividfloors.co.uk may offer promotions or discounts across selected products or product ranges.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Promotions are limited to one per household
- All offers are subject to stock availability
We reserve the right to:
- Amend promotional details
- Withdraw promotions
- End offers at any time without prior notice
Delivery Services & Charges
(All prices include VAT)
Standard Delivery – Free
Delivery Information
- Delivery is generally aimed within 2–3 working days
- In some cases, delivery may exceed 5 working days due to:
- Stock delays
- Courier issues
- High demand periods
Where possible, we will prioritise quicker dispatch and delivery services.
Delivery Conditions
- Deliveries are made between 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Delivery is kerbside only
- Couriers are unable to bring flooring inside the property
Please ensure adequate help is available if assistance is required unloading heavy goods.
Order Cut-Off Time
- Orders placed before 12:00pm may qualify for same-day processing
- Orders placed after 12:00pm will generally be processed the following working day
Manufacturing Fault Claims
We take great care to ensure all flooring products are supplied in excellent condition and free from defects.
However, in rare circumstances, manufacturing faults may occur.
Important Inspection Requirements
To avoid delays or inconvenience, customers should:
- Inspect all flooring boards within 7 days of delivery
- Confirm:
- The correct product has been supplied
- No visible faults or damage are present
Reporting a Fault
If you discover a manufacturing fault before installation:
- Please contact us immediately
- We will investigate and resolve the matter as quickly as possible in accordance with your legal rights
Product Suitability
Before placing an order, customers should carefully review the manufacturer’s specifications to ensure the product is suitable for its intended purpose.
If you are unsure about suitability, please contact our Customer Service team before ordering.
Product Colours & Samples
Please note:
- Colours and patterns displayed on computer monitors or mobile screens may vary from the actual product
- Screen settings and lighting conditions can affect product appearance
For this reason, we strongly recommend:
- Ordering a sample through our sample service
- Visiting one of our showrooms where possible
Sample Service
- Sample delivery is available from £1.99
Product Naming Information
Some flooring products may occasionally arrive with different names displayed on the packaging.
Please note:
- The flooring product itself will still be exactly the same as ordered
- Some product names may be updated or changed for marketing and creative purposes only
